HixMini® cartridges, single open end with 56mm outer diameter, are available in a variety of materials: PP / PES / PTFE / MCE / Nylon / Fiberglass. There are two types of connections: one with a single internal O-ring seal contained in the outlet end cap (which is internal type 116 in the ordering information) is used in small flow applications; the other with a special flange incorporating a special seal to eliminate fluid bypass from the upstream to downstream side of the filter, the elastomeric o-ring in the housing is set in a special bride, which is an integral part of the outlet end of the cap element. These filter cartridges provide effective particulate removal and the most cost effective solution for applications within the food and beverage industry.
